  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10.00 – Our most balanced and popular delivery choice for expanding your slime collection.

  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy premium, handcrafted slimes with zero shipping costs on qualifying orders.

How do you protect slime from melting or leaking during transit? Temperature fluctuations during transit can affect slime consistency. To guarantee perfection, every Ravellora slime is packed in a heavy-duty, airtight, leak-proof jar, wrapped in thick protective layering, and shipped with a complimentary Slime Activator Care Kit (including activator powder and an instructions card) so you can fix any minor melting caused by hot transit weather immediately upon unboxing.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Slime Care & Ingredients

Are Ravellora slimes safe for kids and sensitive skin? Yes, 100%. Safety is at the heart of our brand. All our slimes are proudly made with premium, non-toxic, consumer-safe household glues and cosmetic-grade additives. They are completely free from harsh chemicals. However, please note that slime is not edible and contains small charms, so we recommend parental supervision for children under the age of 4.

My slime arrived a bit sticky or stiff. What should I do? Don't worry, this is completely normal due to weather changes during shipping!

  • If it feels sticky or melted: Dissolve the provided activator powder packet in 1 cup of warm water, then add a few drops of the mixture to your slime and knead until it reaches your desired texture.

  • If it feels stiff or hard: Simply seal it back in its jar and let it sit in a warm room for a couple of days, or add a pump of unscented lotion (for opaque slimes) or clear glue (for clear slimes) and knead well.

How do I make my slime last as long as possible? Always wash and thoroughly dry your hands before playing to keep your slime clean. Play on a clean, smooth, non-porous surface (avoid carpets or blankets). When finished, always seal the slime tightly back in its airtight Ravellora jar and store it in a cool, dark room away from direct sunlight.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? Due to the strict hygienic nature of handmade, personal-contact sensory products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or played-with slimes. If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos, and we will happily make it right.
